History: Unexpected, yet still loved Dylan Christopher Dubois was born just merely nine months after the young couple Joseph and Victoria had their honeymoon. They had plans to travel the world and experience life before they were going to have children and life obviously had other plans for the young couple. Joseph was a well to do young man just about to take over the family business and Victoria was a just out of college journalism major that had dreams of working with long running newspaper in the Manhattan area. Though, setting their plans aside with no remorse to bring a child into the world Victoria took a less time consuming job at a small free magazine department and Joseph continued his pursuit to keep the family business running on what little life it had left in it. Later Victoria gave up her own job with four more children and Joseph closing the business starting working small management jobs for other small businesses around the area.
Growing up not the richest of the neighborhood and definitely not the poorest they lived cheaply yet well to do, no cough was left untreated, no child hungry, hungry or without the basic needs in life. Sure, they may not have had brand names or lots of presents for birthdays and Christmases but everyone in the house knew they were loved in one way or another and that was the thing that the family was taught, love was the most wealth anyone could have for one another. Dylan felt that was a crock of crap and thought that's what all the poor people said, though he felt like he should help in some way or another leaving him to shovel driveways and do yard work for a few bucks here and there for the older people on his street. His parents refused to take his money but always offered to buy dinner or something when he had enough to feed the family.
As a teenager, Dylan put his studies aside to work part time which in turn made his grades slipped. He was a smart kid, but was never much interested in actually learning anything. He was easily bored by it and in a sense it came too easy. He graduated with a C average without studying and and also working most of the evenings. After school Dylan took the postal exam and passed becoming a postal carrier around the city. He was quite shocked on how much they actually paid you and actually enjoyed the social abilities of the job. In a sense, it you were fast you could work at your own pace as long as the mail got there on time.
With love in the air and spring blooming, in the spring of 2003 Dylan met a girl that clenched his heart in a way no other woman could have. Vera Peterson, a sweet bubbly southern girl whom seemed to be misplaced in the world of new yorkers. She was beautiful and just made his day light up when he'd walk into the telemarketing company she worked for. He always thought he had no chance with her and chatted her up for a few moments before leaving to finish the days work, they became best friends, even hanging out outside of work and uniforms, going to baseball games, bars, concerts, yet neither one of them ever admitted feelings for one another. Even after a few drunk humps he always asked her out on dates, even asked her to be his girlfriend when she laughed in his face and he just laughed off his pride. Eventually two years later, in 2005 they finally got to the same page of their relationship and started officially dating one another.
They seemed to have an almost perfect relationship. It's healthy share of arguments and getting on each others nerves, and yet it just made the fire burn much more hotter than the moments before. Moving in together, and playing around, Dylan's parents bought him a video camera for Christmas one year and just being the goofball he was he filmed a few things and put them on youtube.com. He never knew he would actually get people watching the cute moments on their life together, playing pranks on vera and just ranting about stupid things. He even started his own little tv show where Vera drew everything, they did the voices, and he he wrote the script. It was funny, stupid, and serious all in one and people seemed to love it. Even getting paid now, though it still seemed people just loved seeing their lives, and continuing with the vlogs. Though he was sure people loved the realism and sheer embarrassment he would get when Vera would bust his balls and reject his engagement not once but twice on camera.
In 2008, Vera and Dylan found out they were expecting their first child together, a little girl. They named her Evelyn and she seemed to just take the spotlight in not only their own lives but their fans as well. Though after she was born there seemed to be something off, not inside their own little family, but he realized he wanted a big yard, and house, and dogs, and the things they couldn't get in New York City, opting to move, Vera and Dylan looked around everywhere, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and yet they found what they were looking for in Colorado. A cute little house, with a rental on it as well. Something they were looking forward to, something of their own and they could raise their family outside of the things they saw in Brooklyn. When they moved, they seemed to be at peace there, in the nature and solitude which Dylan definitely had to get used to. Currently, as if 2010 they still reside in Colorado in their home, and is expecting their second child in January. Dylan and Vera are both working from home and enjoying their time giving most of their attention to the little princess they call Evelyn.
